After successful visits in New York and San Francisco, The Hunger Games Exhibition is now getting set to depart the US and head to Australia! Today was the last day (for now) for US Tributes to take part in the event, which will now get packed up and ready to ship to Sydney’s International Convention Center.
Lionsgate’s Senior Vice President of Location Based Entertainment, Jenefer Brown, is excited to take the show on the road.
“Through a series of interactive, never-before-seen content and immersive environments, guests connect to The Hunger Games in a one-of-kind experience. Following massive success with audiences in New York and San Francisco, we’re thrilled the exhibition will now visit Australia where the franchise enjoys a strong fan base, as well as direct ties to the films. Liam Hemsworth is among several in the cast and crew who have Australian roots and we expect there will be a very warm reception for the exhibition.”
The exhibition will open on December 20, 2016 and run until February 4, 2017. Tickets go on sale to the general public on September 13th, but there are couple of pre-sales you can get in on.
